Mount Talent Consulting's Referral Scheme
¨ Anybody can refer, the referral bonus would be given to people who refer us a successful hire for the positions mentioned.
¨ Referral amount is 20% of the monthly salary of "Hired Candidate*".
*Hired Candidate is one who accepts the job offer and joins that particular company and finishes a 3 month period with that company.
¨ Anybody can refer himself/herself also. In that case if the person gets hired and subsequently joins the company and completes the 3 month period, referral bonus will be 10%.
¨ Reference should include the following information
· Full Name
· Valid email addresses
· Valid contact number
· Current Company
· Current designation
· Total years of experience
· Current Location
A detailed CV would be preferred.
¨ If you want to keep your name confidential then it will NOT be revealed in any case.
¨ On the receipt of any referral, we will revert within 5 working days to tell you about the suitability of the reference & the case of duplicacy.
¨ Reference should be mailed to us at referrals@mounttalent.com
¨ There can be multiple openings within 1 position. The referral policy would apply to specified positions (market with a '*'). There may be other positions open which would not be covered under the referral scheme.
¨ Referral Bonus will be credited within 10 working days of successful completion of probation period.
¨ Any reference provided shall remain valid for 3 months after submission.
¨ Where the candidate is introduced by more than one person, the referral would be awarded to the first source of the CV. Mount Talent will be the final decision maker in this regard.
¨ Mount Talent would be the final decision maker in case of any issues & reserves the right to change or discontinue this referral scheme at any time without notice.
